This statement describes how Halvic Labs GmbH collects, uses, and protects personal data on halvic.ch. It applies in addition to any product-specific privacy policies (e.g. on promptpult.ch, branchyx.dev).

What data we collect
Server logs: On each visit, technical data (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) is stored for a maximum of 14 days to detect attacks and abuse.
Contact requests: When you email us, we process the data you send us solely to handle your request.
Cookies: We use only technically necessary cookies (Laravel session, CSRF protection). No marketing or profiling cookies.
Analytics

Hosting

Purposes of processing
Processing is carried out for the following purposes:
- Delivery and security of the website (legitimate interest)
- Handling requests sent to us by email or contact form
- Compliance with statutory retention obligations
Sharing with third parties
Your data is shared only with: (a) the hosting provider for technical delivery, (b) authorities where we are legally required to do so. No sharing for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. Please send requests to press@halvic.ch.
